• Provide accurate availability and contact information

5.2 Compensation and Payment

Payment terms will be specified in individual performance agreements. Comedians are responsible for their own tax obligations.

6. Venue Partner Terms

6.1 Venue Requirements

Venue partners agree to:

• Provide suitable performance space and equipment
• Promote shows to their customer base
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment
• Honor agreed-upon show schedules and terms
• Provide necessary technical support for performances

6.2 Revenue Sharing

We do not revenue share. All performances are based on a Set Fee model, where payment in full occurs on the night of each show, prior to our staff departing your venue.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Wild Hair Entertainment and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

By submitting content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for business purposes.

7.3 Respect for Others' Rights

You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others and not to infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
